Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AnchLabs website (anchlabs.com) or engaging our design and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services. AnchLabs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

AnchLabs provides UX/product design, research, strategy, and technology consulting services. Our offerings include but are not limited to: • UX Research & Strategy • Product & Interface Design • Design Systems & Tokenisation • Information Architecture & Mapping • AI-Driven Experience Design • Brand & Launch Strategy The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

To enable AnchLabs to deliver effectively, clients agree to: • Provide timely access to relevant stakeholders, materials, and information • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes • Designate a primary point of contact for the project • Obtain necessary rights and permissions for any content or assets provided to us • Pay invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms Delays caused by failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines and costs.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • Invoices are issued as specified in the project agreement (typically upon milestone completion) • Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date • Late payments are subject to interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding balances • Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before commencement of work All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or otherwise), which will be added to invoices as required by law.

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, AnchLabs assigns to the client all rights to the final deliverables produced specifically for that project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. AnchLabs retains ownership of: • All preliminary work, concepts, and drafts not included in final deliverables • Proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently • Any pre-existing intellectual property ("Background IP") contributed to the project The client grants AnchLabs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display final deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed during the engagement. AnchLabs will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to engage vetted subcontractors who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; (b) was already known to the receiving party; or (c) is independently developed without use of confidential information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnchLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services. AnchLabs's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination: • The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date at the agreed rates • AnchLabs shall deliver all completed work in progress • Any non-refundable deposit is forfeited AnchLabs may terminate immediately if the client breaches these terms or fails to make payment after reasonable notice.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India. Before pursuing formal legal remedies, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation or mediation.
